My neighbor hoped that the slow down guy would encourage those driving to and from the Range to do just that. Did it work? I think the bandaged face, peeling decals and duct taped feet would suggest NOT! In fact, she has found the poor slow down guy in various places along the road and in the ditch. Once I found his flag in front of my house at the bottom of the hill. Janet lives in one of the two last house at the top of the hill before the entrance to the Range.
